Spread across 17 acres, this new development, the largest of its kind to open in 2017 in the Midwest, serves as Milwaukee’s most vibrant destination for luxury shopping, dining and entertainment. The complex features two levels of shopping and dining space (spanning 750,00 square feet across 8 buildings), convenient covered parking on the lower level, as well as 244 apartments above the shopping levels.

​The development attracted several new retailers to the area, including Von Maur and Sendik’s Food Market. In addition to providing many upscale shopping, dining, and living options, the project created a minimum of 800 temporary construction jobs and 1,100 permanent retail jobs.

CONSTRUCTION TYPE

New Construction

After 6 years in pre-construction, Tri-North served on the project’s joint venture design-build team. Tri-North self-performed the $34.5 million concrete work for the entire development.

 

Fun fact: the amount of concrete poured at this development is equivalent to an average 80 story high rise!
