The successful candidate will work closely with our Office Manager and administrative staff to provide professional support to the entire Tri-North team. Responsibilities will include managing our phone lines, coordinating meetings and making necessary arrangements, ordering and stocking supplies, receiving and distributing mail, and more. Most importantly, our Communications Specialist is the first point of contact for all visitors, so wearing your smile to work each day is a necessity.
