Tri-North Builders Expands Operations on West Coast

MADISON, WI- Tri-North Builders, a nationwide general construction/construction management firm, is proud to announce that they have opened a new California office.  The addition of the California office is part of a growth strategy of increasing services in existing territories while adding service in new territories.  The California office will be in charge of managing projects that take place along the West Coast, specifically in California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Utah and British Columbia.

Tri-North Builders has continued to expand their client base over the past 30 years.  In that time, they have gone from one office in Madison, WI, which remains their corporate headquarters, to four offices located throughout the country.  In order to serve the West Coast more efficiently and with greater convenience, Tri-North Builders has decided to open their fourth office in California.  The addition of the California office will allow Tri-North Builders to expand operations along the West Coast while balancing their market penetration and maturity in existing markets.  They will also be able to better serve their clients through more efficient, competitive service.

This new expansion will open the door to more opportunity for clients of Tri-North Builders in all areas of service: General Construction, Construction Management, Design/Build, Independent Cost Estimating services, and LEEDÒ (green) Consulting services.  During its expansion, Tri-North Builders has aligned its strategy to support customer needs in both existing and new territories.  As a result, the company continues to be able to expand and increase its level of customer service.

The new California office will be led by David Falvey.  David has been appointed the Director of West Coast Operations and will be managing the projects that go through the California office.  He brings 30 years of construction industry experience and the expertise of having completed over 200 projects to this new position.
