UW Health Stoughton - LEED Silver

LEED® Silver Certified

Although not intentionally designed with LEED® in mind, the UWMF wanted to investigate the possibility of providing the first LEED® certified UW Health Clinic in its portfolio only a month prior to starting construction on-site. As the plans and specifications were practically done, Tri-North Builders, Inc. quickly worked with our design build partner Kahler Slater Architects to evaluate the LEED® project checklist to see which points were obtainable and feasible at
this point in the design process. 

We provided LEED® Accredited Professional and oversaw management for the entire construction and LEED® process.
