Pfister Hotel

Tri-North completed three phases of renovations including a spa, guest rooms, and public areas. Completion for the $6,200,000 project was in the fall of 2007. Tri-North also completed $8,000,000 worth of various renovations including the conversion of 250 rooms for The Pfister’s 100th
anniversary. Renovations also were made to the lobby, restaurant, pool, fitness area, and spa.
