Customer Service

marlin-&-todd2Tri-North has a long history of excellent customer service. We believe that quality work and professionalism is the key to maintaining that level of service. Our commitment to quality involves everyone on the project team, including our tradespeople, foremen, superintendents, project managers, office staff, and officers.

Our quality standards do not stop at our work. We routinely solicit and hire qualified subcontractors who share the same commitment to strict quality assurance.

We take great pride in the buildings we have built and we want them to be built right. Thus, while adherence to quality standards is primarily our responsibility, we encourage and appreciate feedback from outside sources, including the architect and owner.
