We also understand that hotel management needs ample time in getting set up and working, prior to an opening date, to ensure that they can serve their guests at the highest level of service. We also recognize that during construction the hotel's daily operations must continue and guests must remain happy and comfortable.
As a company, Tri-North is a proven leader in green construction. Our 55,000 square foot headquarters serves as a showcase to our commitment to green building techniques, plus we have several LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited project managers on staff. We also will work with the hotel in implementing a green process for the management of the hotel, focusing on its daily operations. We will accomplish this by utilizing the standards of Green Globe, Green Suite, and others initiatives to adapt a green program that matches the wishes of the owner.
